CX Central @ OpenWorld is designed to provide a single place for all things related to the customer lifecycle for all of Oracle's CX customers whose business requires them to definitively differentiate themselves across all channels, touch points, and interactions. CX Central addresses: Marketing, Sales, Service; Commerce, and Social;. At CX Central, it is our hope that we create a community of all CX professionals and technicians where people want to hear from each other, connect with each other, and build relationships by sharing stories and solutions.
Submissions for the Call for Customer Successes for CX Central is Now Closed. Thank you to everyone that submitted. We couldn't have a successful program without you. Notifications will go out regarding the acceptance of your proposal no later than mid-June. If your proposal is selected, the speakers on your session will get a full conference pass to Oracle OpenWorld.
Remember: We also will be promoting accepted sessions on oracle.com and via various other vehicles, so by submitting a session for consideration, you authorized Oracle to promote, publish, display, and disseminate the content including speakers' names, bios, and photos for use associated with the Oracle OpenWorld conference. If your session is accepted, and you decide not to participate, let us know asap.
