Abstracts Due: Tuesday, April 14, 2015
CX @ OpenWorld is designed to provide a single place for all things related to the customer lifecycle for all of Oracle's CX customers whose business requires them to definitively differentiate themselves across all channels, touch points, and interactions. CX @ OpenWorld addresses: Sales; Service; Marketing; Social; Commerce; including Siebel, Oracle Knowledge, and CPQ (Configure, Price, and Quote).
What sort of content is Oracle looking for?
We want to hear customer stories related to Oracle implementations around the Customer Experience lifecycle.
What do I need to submit?
Provide information about yourself and the speakers, the proposed title and abstract, and the topic classification (tracks and session type). Sessions at CX @ OpenWorld are 45 minutes. Please keep in mind that at least one speaker is required. Just follow the steps below.
What else do I need to know?
Abstracts are due by end of day (PDT) Tuesday, April 14, 2015. Notifications will go out regarding the acceptance of your proposal mid-June.
If your proposal is selected, the speakers on your session will get a full conference pass to Oracle OpenWorld.
Finally, here is the fine print: We also will be promoting accepted sessions on oracle.com and via various other vehicles, so by submitting a session for consideration, you authorize Oracle to promote, publish, display, and disseminate the content including speakers' names, bios, and photos for use associated with the Oracle OpenWorld conference.
